I cannot remember my username and/or password? You can use the Forgot My Password option on the website in the top right hand corner. You may also update your password at anytime by clicking the change password link in the top right hand corner. What is my Tarisio login? To login to Tarisio and view the VSA Journal archives, use the email originally associated with your VSA account and your VSA Member ID. If you recently became a VSA member, please allow several business days for Tarisio to process your membership. Cannot find your VSA Member ID? Read on. What is my VSA Member ID? To find your VSA Member ID, login to your profile then click on your name in the upper right-hand corner. Under Membership Details, scroll down to "User ID." This number is your Member ID. How do I order one of the VSA Products? VSA products are on sale through the Members Only page and under the Support menu item of the website menu bar. Prices include shipping and handling. The VSA offers Belt Buckles, Lapel Pins and Denim Embroidered shirts. Get yours today. How do I order a paper-copy of the VSA Journal? From the navigation bar at the top of each page, hover over Publications and select Order the Journal from the dropdown menu. For more information on the VSA Journal click on the Publications menu item and select VSA Journal. In addition to information on the VSA Journal, you can view select articles and place an order for the VSA Journal. Where do I find the Members-Only Page? There is a Login button on the top right hand corner of the website header. If you are already logged in the Members Only Page link is located under the About the VSA menu item. How can I look up another VSA member? On the Members Only page is a link to View Other Membership Profiles. Only members in good standing, who have not hidden their profile. can be viewed. Did I miss an Email VSA sent me? All VSA emails are stored in My Profile under EMAIL HISTORY. Feel free to review them at any time, including if you need to access your dues renewal notice. How do I renew my dues? The VSA offices will remind members by email when it is time to renew their dues. A link to the dues renewal form can be found on your Members Only page, the Membership page, and from on your My Profile you may select the "GO" button at the top right of the page. Members must be in good standing to access the Members Only area and any other Member Benefits. If your dues have lapsed, the Dues Renewal Link is available on the Membership page accessed under the About the VSA menu item. How can I contact the VSA office? Select Contact Us under the About VSA menu item. Here you will find an online form, phone number, mailing address, and more for the VSA executive offices. What can I do at My Profile Tab? Change Your Profile Picture - You can Change your Profile Picture. You can also upload a picture if you have not done so already. You can also upload any artwork you may want to use as your picture at this location. Edit Your Profile –If you wish to update any of your profile, please use the Member Update Form on the Members Only page. If you do not use the form the office is not notified of the changes and cannot document it in the internal records. At this time this button takes you to a page where you can only hide your entire profile from the online membership directory. All edits must be done using the form on the members only page. View Email History – All emails that have been sent from VSA with the Subject and the Received Date are listed on this page. Press the View Button to see the Email Message. View Your Transactions – All receipts and any forms you have taken are kept at this location for your access. Click the receipt button next to the receipt you want.
